	Cuvée aus Chardonnay und Parellada - sehr würzig, Noten von Pfeffer, Fenchel, wenig Grapefruit, leichte Bittertöne, Holznoten - angenehmer Druck, schöne Farbe - der Wein braucht Luft, im Glas hat er sich hervorragend entwickelt.
